The Service Desk is the underlying component for tracking service requests/incidents and ensuring they are managed and seen through until resolution. Often companies do not have the time or skill to manage this important part of their own service desk in house.

The PSA (Professional Service Automation) and ITSM (IT Service Management) tooling used to manage our own internal service delivery is also offered on a SaaS basis to the IT Manager. We will implement the product and manage it for you on an ongoing basis customizing the reporting as you require it for your organisation.
